RMZ Corp appoints Avnish Singh as Investment Management MD

Real estate firm RMZ Corp has elected Avnish Singh for the post of Managing Director, Investment Management.

The senior managing director of RMZ Corp, Arshdeep Sethi, told the media that Singh's role would incorporate new project purchases and capital raising. He would play a pivotal role in RMZ Corp enlargement plan.

Having more than 20 years of experience, Singh has worked at GE Capital Real Estate and Tishman Speyer. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, ICFAI, Fergusson College, and Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics.

RMZ Corp plans to propel their present 67 million sq ft of real assets, worth $10 billion, to 87 million sq ft which will be priced at $15 billion by 2026.

RMZ Corp is a privately held real estate investment, development, and management company in India, having its headquarters in Bengaluru. The firm was founded in 2002. RMZ Corp is India's most comprehensive LEED-certified firm.
