Samantha Ruth Prabhu, a South actor, has purchased a duplex apartment in Hyderabad for approximately 7.8 crore. The property, purchased from Nalla Preetham Reddy, is located in Ranga Reddy's Jayabheri Orange County. It includes six parking spaces.

"The property has a super built-up area of 7,944 sq ft, with 3,920 sq ft on the 13th floor and 4,024 sq ft on the 14th floor," according to CRE Matrix, a real estate data analytics firm. Samantha Ruth Prabhu is a Telugu and Tamil film actress. She also stars in the Indian adaptation of Citadel. Over the last few years, the Indian market has seen an increase in demand for luxurious residences that provide a one-of-a-kind living experience.

An increased number of high net-worth individuals, rapid urbanisation, and rising incomes are some factors contributing to that growth.
