The recent Bhoomi Pujan marks the project's transition into the construction phase, bringing Signature Global's vision for modern luxury living closer to realisation in Gurugram's Sector 71.

Strategically located along the Southern Peripheral Road, Titanium SPR spans over 14 acres and offers seamless connectivity to major routes such as the Dwarka Expressway, Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension Road, South of Gurugram, and NH-48.
