Sobha's Q2 FY25 net profit surges 74.56%

Sobha Limited reported a 74.56% rise in net consolidated profit for the quarter ended September 30, 2024, reaching Rs 260.8 billion, compared to Rs 149.4 billion in the same quarter last year, according to a BSE filing.

The company's net consolidated total income grew 24.77% to Rs 9.65 billion in Q2 FY25, up from Rs 7.73 billion in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.

The board approved two key appointments: Nisanth M N as Deputy Managing Director effective January 1, 2025, and Srivathsala K N's re-appointment as Non-Executive Independent Director for a second five-year term beginning January 3, 2025. (ET)
