Zone by The Park to Debut in Indore's Alankrit Film City

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited (ASPHL) has signed a definitive hotel management agreement to develop a 117-key Zone by The Park hotel in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The upcoming property will be located inside the much-anticipated Alankrit Film City, envisioned as a state-first cultural and entertainment hub.
Strategically situated just 30 minutes from Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport, the hotel will cater to both business and leisure travelers. With a distinctive design-led identity and a social, vibrant hospitality ethos, Zone by The Park, Indore, aims to become a landmark destination in the rapidly growing city.
The hotel will feature signature amenities including Bazaar 鈥� an all-day dining restaurant, Z Bar, Vitalia Spa, and Playa, a swimming pool. It will also host expansive indoor and outdoor banqueting facilities ideal for weddings, social gatherings, and corporate events.

This new signing expands ASPHL鈥檚 Zone by The Park brand footprint, which offers upper mid-scale hotels rooted in local culture across emerging Indian cities.
Founded in 1967, ASPHL currently operates 37 hotels in 27 cities under five brands, including THE PARK, THE PARK Collection, Zone Connect, and Zone by The Park. The company also owns the iconic F&B brand Flurys and is publicly listed on both BSE and NSE under the symbol PARKHOTELS.
