Semiconductor manufacturing to install within 2-3 years: IT minister

Minister of Electronics & Information Technology Ashwini Vaishnaw told the media that a decision as complex as installing semiconductor manufacturing in India has a timeframe of 2-3 years, and as India鈥檚 ambitious scheme progresses, more global names are likely to come in.
