Leighton India to develop hotel

Construction of a 250- bedroom hotel in Kochi will begin soon by Leighton India. The project will include c and leisure facilities along with more than 5,600 sq m of meeting and event space. The hotel is for the Lulu Group and occupies a construction area of approximately 69,000 sq m.

The scheduled date for completion is by July 2015. This is Leighton India's second project in Kochi after the Tritvam residential project. This project represents Leighton's first significant involvement with the Lulu Group.
