Supreme Industries, India鈥檚 largest plastic pipe manufacturer, has announced a long-term strategic partnership with Orbia鈥檚 Building & Infrastructure (Wavin) business, a global leader in pipes and fittings. As part of the agreement, Supreme will acquire Orbia Wavin鈥檚 pipes and fittings business in India and gain exclusive access to Orbia Wavin鈥檚 advanced water management technologies across India and SAARC countries.The acquisition includes the transfer of Orbia Wavin鈥檚 manufacturing facilities in India to Supreme, along with licensing rights to its cutting-edge solutions for water supply, sanitation, city-scale water management, agriculture, rainwater collection, and stormwater management. With Supreme鈥檚 nationwide manufacturing footprint and extensive dealer network, the deal will strengthen its position as a leader in India鈥檚 building and infrastructure sector.M.P.
