There is a chance that the commuters who travel by sectors 109 and 112 might have a smoother journey very soon. The Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) makes plans for the construction of a master road of 720 meters in the area. As per officials, they are seeking opinions from the public. The master road is going to be a brand new master dividing road constructed to make an alternative as well as an easy travel option for the residents and commuters between the two sectors. According to an official, all the requirements and requests of the residents and commuters have been kept in mind while planning the project. As of now, the project is including a roadside drain in the master road construction. It further includes creating a concrete kerb and installing devices for road safety like studs and signboards. Currently, the master road project details have been published on the GMDA website for seeking feedback from the public. The tenders for the project will be floated when the feedback is received and taken into consideration. The authorities will then allot the work. The project will approximately require eight months for completion. Sectors 109 and 112 witness a higher level of vehicular movement as they are near the Delhi-Gurgaon border and the Dwarka Expressway. They also have religious places, commercial hubs, and residential societies. The GMDA鈥檚 plan has been given a green signal by the residents. The residents will benefit from the new master road.
