NHAI Contract for PPP Infra Awarded to K2 Infragen

K2 Infragen has secured an order worth Rs 480.34 million for strengthening the existing two-lane road of Ghazipur 鈥� Zamania 鈥� Saiyad Raja NH-97 (New NH-24) in Uttar Pradesh under EPC mode.

The contract was awarded by NHAI to PPP Infrastructure and will be executed by K2 Infragen. The company鈥檚 sales pipeline has now expanded to over Rs 10 billion.

Pankaj Sharma, the Managing Director of K2 Infragen, mentioned that this order is the largest single road contract awarded to the company, involving direct interface with NHAI. He added that this project will pave the way for larger road projects worth Rs 5 billion in the future. Sharma emphasised that the company possesses strong technical capabilities and financial strength to execute more extensive highway projects, marking the beginning of such ventures.

Apart from these major projects, K2 Infragen is also a significant player in the Jal Jeevan Mission, working to enhance water supply infrastructure and improve access to clean drinking water across the country. Furthermore, the company has ventured into sectors such as transmission & distribution (T&D), solar EPC, and Railways, undertaking projects involving the construction of substations, OHE, transmission lines, distribution networks, and large-scale multi MW solar projects.
