Talasani inaugurates last down ramp of PVNR Expressway

The Minister of Animal Husbandry, Talasani Srinivas Yadav, at the inauguration of the last down ramp of P V Narasimha Rao (PVNR) Expressway at Laxmi Nagar, Hyderabad, said that the state government is prioritising basic facilities like roads, flyovers, underpasses, and roads over bridges (RoBs).

The ramp of 195 m long and seven m wide was built at Rs 9.63 crore.

Yadav expects the expressway would reduce traffic and claims that the government is making efforts to improve facilities, keeping in view the growing traffic and population in the twin cities and surrounding municipalities.

He added that with CM K Chandrasekhar Rao鈥檚 vision and support of the Minister of Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MAUD), KT Rama Rao, more facilities are being created under the Strategic Road Development Plan (SRDP) of Hyderabad.

The Minister had laid the foundation stone for the construction of Nallapochamma Temple on the VST Road in Telangana to Vidyanagar Road in Gujarat and a bridge close to the heritage shop in the vegetable market road on Nagmaiah Kunta Nala. The estimated cost of this infrastructure construction project is Rs 12 crore.
