Macquarie offered stake in Moser Baer power project

Moser Baer Projects has offered minority stake to Macquarie SBI Infrastructure in its upcoming Rs 580 crore thermal power project in Madhya Pradesh. MB Power Madhya Pradesh, a subsidiary of Moser Baer is executing the 2,520 MW thermal power plant in multiple phases at Anuppur, entailing an investment of Rs 13,700 crore. Macquarie SBI Infrastructure will invest Rs 580 crore in the first phase of the project.

The first phase of the project is expected to be ready by the end of 2014. The coal for the plant will be sourced from the South Eastern Coalfields.

Kolkata鈥檚 luxury housing market sees price growth amid mixed trends

A new study by Nklusive reveals that Kolkata鈥檚 luxury residential market (Rs 5鈥�10 crore) recorded a 33 per cent year-on-year rise in supply and a 52 per cent increase in sales in calendar year 2024 (CY24).
