Brigade Enterprises collaborates for 4-acre project in Mysuru

Brigade Enterprises has engaged in a joint development agreement with landowners to undertake the development of a residential project spanning four acres in Kurubarahalli, Mysuru.

It was disclosed that the developable area of the project would encompass about 0.40 million sq ft, with a gross development value (GDV) amounting to Rs 3 billion.

Pavitra Shankar, the managing director of the company, mentioned that the luxury project would feature spacious units, including penthouses.

In a recent development, the company introduced a residential project named Brigade Sanctuary, covering 14 acres on the Whitefield-Sarjapur Road in Bengaluru. This project, also a joint development, holds a gross revenue potential of Rs 2,000 crore and a total development area of approximately 2 million sq ft.

Shankar remarked, "There has been a noticeable surge in demand for premium residences in Bengaluru. The appeal of homes and community living has risen significantly."

Looking ahead, Brigade Group has outlined a pipeline of around 13 million sq ft in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai for the next year, with 11 million sq ft attributed to residential projects.
