CHB invites bids for 25 built-up properties sale on freehold basis

The Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) has invited e-bids for the sale of 25 built-up properties, including 23 residential and two commercial properties, on a freehold basis.

Out of the 23 residential freehold properties, 17 are located in Indira Colony, Manimajra. The Reserve price of the units varies from Rs 32 lakh to Rs 34 lakh.

Meanwhile, at Modern Housing Complex three Category-IV flats have a reserve price of Rs 53.36 lakh to Rs 53.93 lakh, while a Middle Income Group (MIG) flat in Sector 51 has a reserve price of Rs 90 lakh. Two commercial freehold properties, all booths, are located in Sector 51 A, having a reserve price ranging from Rs 80 lakh to Rs 85 lakh.

Chief executive officer (CEO), CHB Yashpal Garg said e-bids for commercial and residential properties on a freehold basis could be submitted from 10 am on July 25 while e-bids would be opened the same day from 10.15 am onwards.

Garg also said that stickers had been pasted on each property, the location of which was available on Google Maps.

GreenCell Wins Order for 1,200+ Electric Buses
