Delhi to witness CRA Developers' group housing project

CRA Developers have announced their intention to develop a group housing project in Sector-32, Rohini in Delhi. They have proposed a project that will cover an area of 2.45 acres of land.

According to the reports, the upcoming project is said to consist of a residential tower with two B+G+26 floors and an EWS block with two B+G+32 floors. The project will include apartments, a clubhouse, a swimming pool, and parking facilities.

According to the information available with Projects Today, it is stated that CRA Developers are currently waiting for terms of reference (ToR), environmental clearance (EC), and other necessary approvals for the project.

Additionally, it has been mentioned that the company is anticipating commencing work on the project by December 2023.
