The Department of Town and Country Planning (DTCP) has issued notices to developers to submit construction plans for their projects to start a structural audit process as soon as possible. The structural audit process of 23 high-rise residential societies, which was due to start last week, was delayed because the developers have not yet submitted construction plans, authorities said.
