GNIDA to take over freehold property in Sector Omega

After 12 years, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) made the decision to begin maintaining the first freehold property ever sold in the city. It is a 100-acre prime tract in Sector Omega in Pari Chowk that was left unmaintained and devolved into a wasteland. Once the residents have given their agreement, the GNIDA will sign an MOU with them.

"We're in talks with the authority; maybe, we'll hear from them shortly. On June 28, we had a meeting with them.We have the minutes of the meetings where they made the decision to take over this society in principle. We are still awaiting a proper proposal from them, though.

They are promising to sign an MOU with us, according to a local resident named Dharmendra Katariya.
