Godrej Properties expands Bengaluru portfolio with premium projects

Godrej Properties has expanded its land portfolio in Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru, with the acquisition of an additional one-acre parcel through an outright purchase. This newly acquired land boasts a potential development area of around 1.40 lakh sq ft, earmarked for the construction of high-end residential apartments.

In a recent transaction, the company secured a four-acre land parcel in Yeshwanthpur through an outright purchase, adding to its development potential. This project is anticipated to yield approximately 0.7 million sq ft of saleable area, primarily featuring upscale residential apartments.

According to the regulatory filing, the overall project, now encompassing about five acres, including the recent one-acre acquisition, holds an estimated revenue potential of Rs 10 billion, with the possibility of increasing to Rs 12.5 billion.
