Government of Haryana adopts land pooling policy

A strategy to make landbank available for significant urbanisation and industrialisation objectives was approved by the Haryana government. Landowners will collaborate with developers as part of the Haryana Land Pooling Policy-2022.

The strategy links the allotment of land with the price of raw land in order to maximise benefits for land owners, who will be partners in the development process.

The policy specified a schedule that must be followed at different points in order to safeguard the interests of landowners and accomplish the goal of land development in a timely way.

The 1963 Haryana Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act has to be followed, it added, and the policy's goal is to accomplish planned development through the voluntary participation of property owners interested in becoming partners in the development process.

GreenCell Wins Order for 1,200+ Electric Buses

GreenCell Mobility has secured an order for over 1,200 electric buses from Convergence Energy Services Limited (CESL) under the PM E-Bus Sewa Scheme, as announced on 14 May 2025.
