ITC Hotels Adds 14 Fortune Properties, Expands to 65 Cities

ITC Hotels Ltd has announced the addition of 14 new properties under its Fortune Hotels brand in the 2024鈥�25 financial year, including the launch of seven new hotels, reinforcing its focus on tier II and III cities.

The expansion strengthens the brand鈥檚 position in India鈥檚 upscale to mid-market hospitality segment, while also marking its first international foray with a hotel in Bhaktapur, Nepal. The new openings in India include Pahalgam, Puri, Chennai, Candolim, Palampur, and Ekta Nagar.

As of 31 March 2025, Fortune Hotels鈥� portfolio includes 78 properties鈥�56 operational and 22 in the pipeline鈥攕pread across more than 65 cities in India and Nepal.

Managing Director Anil Chadha stated, 鈥淲e reaffirm our commitment to sustained growth and excellence in hospitality. This footprint expansion endeavours to offer travellers access to prime locations and Fortune鈥檚 comfortable hospitality.鈥�

New signings were announced in destinations such as Goa, Kolkata, Rishikesh, Indore, Bhimtal, Mukteshwar, Gorakhpur, Mohali, Surat, and Ayodhya, further accelerating the brand鈥檚 reach.

The Fortune brand, part of ITC鈥檚 diversified hospitality portfolio, continues to tap into emerging and underserved markets, aligning with India鈥檚 growing travel and tourism ecosystem.
