The Karnataka Housing Board (KHB) was given instructions by Housing Minister B.Z. Zameer Ahmed to create a project report for the development of five high-tech satellite towns (satellite cities) on the outskirts of Bengaluru and to construct opulent villas on all four corners. In light of the rising demand for homes in the state capital, he gave the concerned officials instructions to prepare a detailed proposal for the construction of world-class townships on 2,000 acres in each location. The location of the villas must be near a natural area, and the Board must designate about 500 acres there.
