L&T Realty signs three cooperative agreements in Mumbai

A legally binding agreement has been reached by L&T Realty, the real estate division of Larsen & Toubro, to jointly construct projects worth Rs 8,000 crore in Thane, the western suburbs of Mumbai, and South Mumbai.

These initiatives will aid the business in growing by enhancing its portfolio, which has a total development potential of 4.4 million square feet.

The company has a larger strategy that includes increasing its footprint in key metro areas by about 5 million square feet each year for the next five years.

Out of these projects, the south Mumbai project will be built on a five-acre block of land with a clear harbour view and good access to all of Mumbai. Twin towers of 50 stories each will house premium facilities and retail space in this residential development.

GreenCell Wins Order for 1,200+ Electric Buses

GreenCell Mobility has secured an order for over 1,200 electric buses from Convergence Energy Services Limited (CESL) under the PM E-Bus Sewa Scheme, as announced on 14 May 2025.
