MSR Ramaiah launches MSR North Towers in Bengaluru

MS Ramaiah Developers and Builders (MSRDB) has launched what is billed as its sustainable commercial marvel 鈥� MSR North Towers at Nagavara in Bengaluru. This is an IGBC-certified and LEED-rated transformative workspace spread over 7,50,000 sq ft.

The commercial property follows a zero-water discharge design to keep waste in check and promote the concept of recycle, reuse and reduce. Designed as per NBC and local building norms, the development uses a high-performance external glass fa莽ade to minimise heat gain and is equipped with a dedicated AHU room for heat and ventilation management.

Sunder Ram, director, MSRDB, said that the project is loaded with facilities and amenities that balance comfort and work.

MSR North Towers is located in North Bengaluru and provides convenient access by road to major hubs of the city and the international airport. Located near Hebbal and Yelahanka, the project is situated along the intersection of Outer Ring Road (ORR) and Thanisandra Main Road.

GreenCell Wins Order for 1,200+ Electric Buses

GreenCell Mobility has secured an order for over 1,200 electric buses from Convergence Energy Services Limited (CESL) under the PM E-Bus Sewa Scheme, as announced on 14 May 2025.
