RLDA seeks bids for plots at Sewa Nagar, Lodhi Colony

The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has invited bids for residential development in Sewa Nagar and Lodhi Colony. The entire land area is divided into three parts-Part A and Part B of Sewa Nagar and Lodhi Colony. The total land area is 43,345 sqm out of which 16,058 sqm will be leased for residential development for a period of 99 years. The remaining area of land in Sewa Nagar Part B shall be utilised for redevelopment of the existing railway colony.

Part A (Sewa Nagar) and Lodhi Colony shall be offered to the developer for commercial development, it added. The reserve price for the site is Rs 355 crore. The deadline for submission of the e-bid is June 23.

RLDA vice-chairman Ved Parkash Dudeja said, "Prime areas like Lodhi Colony, Chanakyapuri Diplomatic Enclave and Golf Links are among the most sought-after locations in the city. These areas are not only prestigious but also represent the cultural and economic vitality of our city. The continued growth and development of these prime areas serve as a shining example of the progress and prosperity of the city."
