UDH minister to lay foundation stone for 3200 RHB properties

Shanti Dhariwal, the Minister of Urban Development and Housing (UDH) in Rajasthan, is scheduled to inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for more than 3,200 properties managed by the Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) during a significant event on Monday.

As per RHB officials, the program will witness the inauguration of approximately 1,584 recently completed houses, along with the laying of the foundation stone for 1,760 flats and houses under RHB's purview. Work on these properties is slated to commence shortly.

Among these projects, one noteworthy initiative is the Coaching Hub situated in Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, which has been constructed at a cost of Rs 401.57 crore, as confirmed by Housing Commissioner Kumar Pal Gautam.

While the majority of these projects are located in districts such as Jodhpur, Tonk, Churu, Hanumangarh, Sirohi, among others, Jaipur will also benefit from several initiatives. These include two middle-income housing projects in Pratap Nagar, contributing to the region's ongoing urban development and housing efforts.
