J Kumar Infraprojects Bags Rs 32.18 Bn Infra Deals in Noida, Pune, Thane

J Kumar Infraprojects International announced that it had secured a significant contract worth over Rs 10.73 billion from the National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC). The company had received the Letter of Award (LoA) for the development of Silicon City Phase-IV at Sector 76, Noida. The scope of services for the project includes Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC).

The project involves the construction, operation, and maintenance of the site, with J Kumar Infraprojects responsible for its operation and maintenance for two years. The total cost of executing the project is Rs 10.57 billion, while the share for operation and maintenance is Rs 150.4 million.

The project is expected to be completed over the course of two years, marking a significant milestone for the company, which has been involved in several similar developments in urban neighbourhood.

In October, J Kumar Infraprojects had secured another notable order worth ?298 crore from the Pune Municipal Corporation. This project involves developing the Mula River along the stretch between Wakad Bypass and Sangvi Bridge, covering stretches 1, 2, and 3.

Later in the same month, the company was awarded another major contract by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) worth Rs 18.47 billion. The contract relates to the construction of the Thane AAC elevated road from Anand Nagar to Saket on the Eastern Highway Project, for which the company had received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA).

These back-to-back project wins highlight J Kumar Infraprojects� ability to handle large-scale, diversified projects, and its strong presence in India’s urban infrastructure sector.

With a healthy order book, including several large-ticket contracts across various cities, the company is rapidly emerging as a leader in innovation and execution within the infrastructure sector.
