A fine plaster

Precise Conchem's ready mix plaster SILICOplast is abundant in qualities.

Precise Conchem, manufacturer of ready-mix plaster SILICOplast, has been providing innovative products and solutions in the field of construction for almost a decade. Set up in 2005, the company has engaged in extensive product development before launching SILICOplast. This innovative product offers a much improved alternative to the traditional method of mixing sand and cement for internal and external plastering of buildings.

The right mix

The ready-mix plaster has proportionate quantities of ordinary portland cement 53 Grade, graded sand, 10-15 per cent ROS 45 micron fly-ash, hydrated lime and additives, added in an automated process according to formulations based on various product studies undertaken. The company follows stringent quality control procedures for every batch, including compressive strength and formulation testing. The company has commissioned a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Panoli GIDC, Bharuch, Gujarat for the production of SILICOplast along with an R&D Lab.

The product offers quality plastering, which enhances durability and reduces shrinkage and leakage. Its use saves time and labour cost, and it also makes material reconciliation easier for construction projects as against the usage of sand and cement mixture.
