Konkan Railway to launch track-doubling work on Roha-Veer section soon

Konkan Railway plans to launch the track-doubling work on the Roha-Veer section after the tendering process is completed in the next few months. The 49 km section will be doubled at an estimated Rs 295 crore. The track doubling will begin from the Roha end of KRCL. Electrification is also likely to commence in the next few months for KRCL from the Thokur-end. The target time for electrification has been pegged at 36 months for the whole of Konkan Railway.

Kolkata鈥檚 luxury housing market sees price growth amid mixed trends

A new study by Nklusive reveals that Kolkata鈥檚 luxury residential market (Rs 5鈥�10 crore) recorded a 33 per cent year-on-year rise in supply and a 52 per cent increase in sales in calendar year 2024 (CY24).
