Indore realty prices stay stagnant

Prices of residential properties in Indore continue to remain stagnant compared to properties in Bhopal. This despite the fact that both cities are among 20 cities in the country that have witnessed maximum price hike in residential properties during January-March 2013 over the previous quarter, according to the National Housing Bank Residex study. While Indore has witnessed a price hike of merely 0.52 per cent, Bhopal has witnessed the price hike at 6.49 per cent during the period, the study reveals.
