TVH to invest Rs 3,450 cr

Chennai-based True Value 亚博体育官网首页s (TVH) plans to invest about Rs 3,450 crore in residential projects in the next five to six years. The projects involve development of around 10 mn sq ft which would come up at Coimbatore, Tiruchy, Tirupati, Madurai and Kochi. The company, at present, has a land bank of 500-600 acre.

TVH has entered the affordable housing segment with the launch of TVH Svaya at Sriperumbudur on 13 acre. The project would cost about Rs 275 crore and comprise 840 apartments. The flats would be priced between Rs 14 lakh and Rs 23 lakh.
