3rd Annual Sustainable Smart Cities India 2016

The 3rd Annual Sustainable Smart Cities India 2016 conference was successfully launched at Bengaluru recently.

Gaining global knowledge
The two-day high-profile conference was organised by business intelligence start-up, Nispana Innovative Platforms, to bring-in global knowledge of smart cities, implement best practices for its success, analyse the need for innovative technologies and highlight the importance of the government and citizens´ role. While the cities get smart, it is essential for citizens to get smarter. And, the future of India seems bright with the Smart Cities Mission bringing-in technology into the respective cities and the Digital India programme focusing on digital empowerment of the citizens.

Experts speak
The event brought together regional and international delegation having keen interest in developing India´s smart cities. Around 400 participants witnessed a series of keynotes and case-studies from leading experts from the industry.

This massive gathering also received an overwhelming support from companies such as Cambium Networks and Sterlite Tech as Gold Partners; Senrysa Technologies and CMAK as Associate Partners; Osram Lighting Solutions as the Smart LED Partner; Cyient as Keynote Partner; Gigabyte as an Exhibitor; and Climaveneta as the Bag Partner. Along with their support, these companies also showcased innovative technologies and state-of-the-art products, which garnered great interest among the participants.

There was an intensive networking among the attending delegates comprising of mayors and municipal commissioners speakers and other ´Smart´ dignitaries who have vouched to take the Smart Cities Mission to the next level.
