Kolte-Patil Developers sales bookings rose by 77% to Rs 561 cr

Kolte-Patil Developers Limited reported a 77% increase in its sales bookings to Rs 561 crore for the December-end quarter, compared to Rs 317 crore a year ago.

According to a statement, during the April to December period of FY22, the company's sales bookings increased by 83% to Rs 1,238 crore from Rs 676 crore a year ago.

CEO of Kolte-Patil Developers, Rahul Talele, said that the company is set to scale its operations while maintaining financial discipline.

He added that the company would expand its portfolio with many projects lined up for launching across micro-markets in Pune, Mumbai and Bengaluru.

The company aims at several business developments to grow its market share.

Till now, the company has developed and constructed more than 50 projects, including residential complexes, commercial complexes, integrated townships, and IT parks across a 20 million sq ft area across Pune, Mumbai and Bengaluru.

The company addressed its projects as Kolte-Patil for mid-income segments and 24K for the premium luxury housing segment.
