ADD ropes in SRSSA as principal architect for albatross

Chennai, October 29th, 2012: Archean Design & Development (ADD), the real estate arm of the $550 million Archean Group, today announced a strategic alliance with Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart & Associates (SRSSA), an internationally established design firm providing innovative professional services for corporate, commercial, hospitality, residential, industrial, government and educational projects. SRSSA will be the Principal Architect for ADD's flagship residential project, Albatross.
Albatross is located at Egattur on the Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR), just next to the Navalur Toll Plaza. It will be a unique residential development with 537 apartments in 4 towers spread over 8.35 acres. 3 of the towers will have G + 27 floors, while the fourth will be the Signature Tower. 60 percent of the apartments will be designed in a way that will ensure direct view of the Bay of Bengal.
