Leading from the front, Pirojsha Godrej, Managing Director & CEO, GPL, provides leadership and initiates strategies for the companyÆs growth that help create value for customers, stakeholders and employees. A key area where the company has deployed an innovation-driven approach is design. The idea of being ædesign ledÆ is predicated on six identified pillars: design, leadership, collaboration, innovation, sustainability and project delivery. What´s more, GPL has initiated Brighter Minds, a one-of-a-kind portal with a vision to capture learnings and encourage innovations within the organisation. On the sustainability side, green innovation is a part of every project. While not many players in the real-estate industry are known for being customer-centric, GPL tries to get a deep understanding of what customers are looking for and support all initiatives that help drive cultural change and technological and other forms of innovation.

It takes questioning the status quo, courage and unwavering belief to make things better. Undoubtedly, for GPL being better than the best is the mantra!
