Ajmera Realty & Infra records 48% jump in net profit in Q2 FY22

Ajmera Realty & Infra India has registered a 48% jump in its consolidated net profit for the quarter ended September 2021.

Its profit after tax (PAT) reached Rs 11.43 crore in Q2 FY22 compared to Rs 7.70 crore it registered in the similar quarter of the preceding year, the firm said in a BSE filing.

The firm's net consolidated total income reached Rs 100.08 crore in Q2 FY22, a drop of 8% from Rs 109.32 crore it recorded in a corresponding quarter past year

. Dhaval Ajmera, director of the firm, told the media that they are on the path of debt reduction. There are launches scheduled for three new projects in 2021.

A total of 1.3 million sq ft that covers the residential projects at Wadala & Ghatkopar in Mumbai and the residential-cum-commercial plan at Pune are ready for launch, while the residential property Nucleus in Bengaluru is estimated to be achieved in January next year. The firm is additionally in the final stages of a new procurement in Mumbai.

Kolkata鈥檚 luxury housing market sees price growth amid mixed trends
