CIDCO launches mega scheme for plots in Mumbai

CIDCO has launched a mega scheme to offer plots and commercial shops in Mumbai.

Under this scheme, different tenements of commercial shops, housing projects for MIG and HIG, and plots for residential, commercial, and social purposes, would be made available for sale in via an e- auction and e-tender processes in Ghansoli, Taloja, Kharghar, Kalamboli, and Dronagiri nodes of Navi Mumbai.

CIDCO Vice-Chairman and Managing Director Dr Sanjay Mukherjee said that apart from this they have also made the plots available for social purposes like art and cultural centers, veterinary clinics, student hostels, old age homes, special schools, and orphanages.

Urban development minister Eknath Shinde added that this will provide momentum to the slowly improving economy after the pandemic.
