J&K inks MoU with Dubai govt for real estate development

On Monday, Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha told the media that Jammu and Kashmir administration inked an MoU with the Government of Dubai for real estate expansion, industrial parks, logistics, medical college, IT towers, super speciality hospitals, multipurpose towers and more.

Minister of Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal told the media that during his recent visit to Dubai, king Sultan Ahmed expressed his interest to visit India, particularly Jammu and Kashmir, to invest in the real estate sector.

He said that he had invited him and now the results are clear. They have inked an MoU with Dubai for the real estate market in Jammu and Kashmir.

He said that people from Dubai will now throng Jammu and Kashmir, and the union territory will progress in the tourism and real estate business.

Avinashi Flyover: Huge Iron Span to be Placed Over Railway Overbridge

A senior official from the Special Project Wing explained that a concrete deck of such length was not practical across active railway lines.
