TVS Group鈥檚 property in Chennai's Anna Salai up for sale

An iconic property is up for sale on Anna Salai in Chennai, owned by the TVS Group, which is spread over a 2.14 lakh sq ft area. The property faces Anna Salai in the North and Whites Road in the South.

According to the real estate experts, the land value was anywhere between Rs 6 crore to Rs 6.5 crore per ground, which worked out to Rs 550 crore for the entire land parcel.

Sources said that some Indian developers had shown interest in the property, and the buyer had been finalised.

A real estate source said a mixed development would take place at this location.There will be office, retail and residential spaces like the Express Avenue model.

Moreover, in the last few months, many prime properties have come up for sale in the city, and even the iconic Adyar Gate Hotel Limited was also up for sale.

Kolkata鈥檚 luxury housing market sees price growth amid mixed trends
